HOW TO ENTER:

Open the entry form, fill in all details, and mail to the address listed on the entry form or fax to the number provided. Be sure to:

• Include your signature
  
• Include your $15Entry Fee or bring it to check-in table on Saturday morning, April 17th, 2010.

SIGNS:

Please have a sign by your entry with your name, city and state, the description of your entry’s features, and changes. (Bring FOR SALE Signs) Displays are highly recommended.

AWARDS:

All participants will receive a participation plaque. Our purpose is to support RBFS. Open to past participants.

SET UP:

Saturday, April 17, 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Showtime is 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. All entries must be set up prior 9:00 a.m. Judging will end at 11:00 a.m. All participants must have vehicle displayed during that time to be eligible for an award. No spaces guaranteed. Chairs, displays, booths, are allowed and encouraged at vehicle displays.

PASSES:

Each accepted participant will receive two free Bluegrass Festival passes. Additional Bluegrass Festival passes may be purchased for $5.
